Refund Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This policy explains when you can get your money back, and when you can't.

The free trial is your protection

Membership starts with a free trial (currently seven days). You are not charged until the trial ends, and if you cancel before it ends you are never charged. We email you two days before the first charge, so it is never a surprise. Try everything — every city, every feature — before you pay a penny.

Memberships

Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Cancelling stops your membership from renewing; you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for. Cancel at tablescore.com/cancel — no sign-in needed — and we email you a confirmation with the date your access ends.

We remind you by email 30 days before each renewal, so a renewal is never a surprise either.

If something is wrong with the Service

If the Service is unavailable for an extended period because of a fault on our side, or we permanently remove a feature or city that was a material part of what you paid for, contact us and we will refund the unused portion of your membership or offer an equivalent remedy. Separately, if we ever end your membership for a reason other than a breach of the Terms, we refund the unused portion — see the Terms, Section 18.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom

When you start your membership, you ask us to begin providing it straight away, and at checkout you confirm that you understand you lose your right to withdraw once it has begun. Nothing in this policy limits any other right you have under the consumer-protection law of the place you live.

How refunds are paid

For purchases on tablescore.com, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd., which is the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net.

For purchases through the iPhone app outside the United States, Apple bills you and Apple decides App Store refunds under its own rules; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases ourselves.
